Classes
CAP offer a range of developing class sessions to help people make different physical improvements. We put on classes for plyometric training, strength training and athletic training. Keep an eye on our socials and website for further information on CAP's classes.
Consists of circuit training and HITT styled training with a method to the madness!

This is a great class to help introduce and educate your children on what it takes to be a successful professional sportsperson and also look after your body and the fundamentals of your wellbeing.

This is a higher end of periodisation and training as a professional athlete, As the head coach Matt Healey will coach you through movements and programmes he has used himself on elite level athletes such as footballers playing from ex-premier league teams and top level university athletes.
